Apprendo dal sito Comic Kingdom di un annuncio che farà senz’altro piacere a tutti i fan della Legione.
Il primo numero del “volume VI”, di Levitz e Cinar, è andato infatti esaurito all’editore, il quale ne ha già messa in cantiere una ristampa.

Considerato che l’albo – che trovate da me recensito a questo link – è uscito solo da un paio di settimane, si direbbe che abbia già generato un buon giro di riordini: tutta salute. Solo i dati sulle tirature, dedotti a partire dalle statistiche Diamond del mese, ci aiuteranno però a stabilire l’effettivo peso di questo sold out.

La “second printing” sarà sugli scaffali il prossimo 23 giugno, in contemporanea con il #2 della serie, e presenterà in copertina una sketch cover della variant di Jim Lee che potete ammirare in questo articolo.

Media Release — LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES #1, the debut issue of the new ongoing series from writer Paul Levitz and artist Yildaray Cinar, has sold out at DC comics and will return in a new, second printing!

LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES #1 Second Printing (APR108152) features a sketch version of the variant cover by Jim Lee. This issue is scheduled to arrive in stores on June 23 and has a Final Order Cutoff date of June 3.

For every 10 copies of LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES #1 Second Printing ordered by the FOC date, retailers may order one copy of the first printing LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES #1 Variant Edition featuring a cover by Jim Lee and Scott Williams. The Variant Edition may be ordered under the item code APR108153.

Upcoming issues of LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES are available as follows:

* LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES #2 (APR100185; variant edition: APR100186) is on Final Order Cutoff on June 3 and is scheduled to arrive in stores on June 23.
* LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES #3 (MAY100155; variant edition: MAY100156) is solicited in the May Previews and is scheduled to arrive in stores on July 21.
